Important: Some sellers give you a big ZIP file. It has the theme, documentation, child theme, and demo files. Do not upload this full package. Unzip it once on your computer. Inside, find the real theme ZIP. It usually has the theme name, like “theme-name.zip”. Upload only this one.

Solution:

1. Log in with FTP or cPanel File Manager.
